Cozy Cove Bakery Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cozy Cove Bakery, we take pride in baking small-batch, handmade goods with high-quality ingredients and lots of love. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we follow this policy to ensure fairness and clarity for everyone:

Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, forgotten pickups, or personal taste preferences.

If you experience a quality or freshness issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.

Exchanges / Replacements
We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations:

- You received the wrong item

- Your item arrived damaged due to our packaging or handling

- There is a clear issue with quality (e.g. underbaked or off texture)

To request an exchange or credit, email us at christian@lightfootlife.com or message us on Facebook within 24 hours. Please include a photo and short description of the issue.

Custom Orders & Large Quantities
All custom orders and bulk quantities are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice before pickup for a partial credit.
