Cozy Cove Bakery – Terms of Service
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cottage Food Operation
Cozy Cove Bakery operates under Alabama’s Cottage Food Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Health Department. All items are non-potentially hazardous and shelf-stable unless otherwise noted.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment system. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Pickup & Delivery
We offer scheduled pickup and local delivery options. It is your responsibility to select the correct pickup time and location. Missed pickups may not be eligible for refund or replacement. Delivery is only available to eligible zip codes and must be arranged in advance.
4. No Shipping
Due to Alabama law, we do not offer out-of-state shipping. All sales must be delivered or picked up within Alabama.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, forgotten pickups, or taste preferences. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Custom Orders
Custom and bulk orders must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations may be eligible for partial credit if notice is given more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
7. Allergens
Our products are made with ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Please read ingredient labels carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.
8. Use of Website
All content on this site, including images, branding, and product names, is the property of Cozy Cove Bakery and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or placing orders constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
